The Red Arrows returned to Lyme Regis for the start of Lifeboat Week on Saturday 23 July 2011.

We are very sad to hear of the death of one of the team's pilots Flt Lt Jon Egging in the crash today 20 August near Bournemouth. Our thoughts are with his wife, family and team mates.

On Monday 20th August at 6pm on the beach at Lyme Regis people gathered to mark Flt Lt Egging's death by releasing red balloons.
